Please inspect your shipping
address. UPS charges $5.00 for address corrections. If we're
charge that fee by UPS for your error we'll charged you the
address correction fee which was imposed on us. All packages are
inspected at least 2 times before package is shipped. All items
leave our warehouse in good condition. Due to the nature of our products, we
accept NO returns. EXCHANGES ONLY on damaged goods, errors or
with approval of Scentsations Incense & More. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your
damaged package before returning any items. After which all
damaged or return item (s ) must be returned with all receipts
and invoices, in the same condition as received to the following
address P.O. Box 442 buckeye, Arizona 85326 within 7
business days of delivery and approval. There are absolutely no exceptions to
our return policy.
You can reuse the original
shipping box. We reserves the right to refuse/discard returns
after inspection of merchandise if such inspection shows that the
merchandise was used/ or no physical damage visible. You may want to insure your return
package. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected
returns. If you receive an item damaged,
first please notify the courier then contact us by email at scentsations4you @ aol dot com. Learn more about returning damaged items here.
Refused/unclaimed
packages will be charged 20% restocking fee unless you request
your package to be reshipped. If you choose to have your package
reshipped you will have to pay shipping charges twice.

our oils.
Customer Service is our #1
priority. We do not accept returns on our fragrance, incense
or perfume oils due to possibility of contamination. Purchase
smaller amounts for your testing needs.
If you are interested in purchasing a small amount for your
testing needs, we also carry 1/8 ounce tester drams for $1.10 in

The standard method of
shipping orders is through UPS GROUND delivery service. It is our
preferred choice as a fast and very reliable shipping service
worldwide. During certain circumstances we may ship USPS
priority with delivery confirmation and/or signature
confirmation. At this time we do not offer rush or express
delivery.

What is your policy regarding handmade soap
products?

We DO
NOT accept returns on handmade soap bars, or
any skin products (i.e. lotions, bathwash, oils etc.)
Please remember that when you order soap bars from Scentsations Incense & More, you are ordering specialty handmade products. We keep limited bars on hand. Our customized soap bars are made when ordered to insure it's quality. All orders are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing time is 1-2 days, also 7 days to cure. Although your order may be processed sooner if possible.
DISCLAIMER: Due to the nature of our products, no two soaps will be exactly alike. Slight variations in color, weight, and design will occur. Each of our soaps are handmade and individually wrapped by Scentsations. For best results, we recommend storing soaps on a wooden soap dish after opening.

Packages damaged in transit must be brought to the attention of your UPS courier, and the staff at Scentsations Incense immediately. Contact Scentsations Incense within 48 hours.

Orders are processed in 1-2 working days after receipt of payment or authorization notification from our internet merchant. It would then be shipped via UPS GROUND.
Total delivery time is estimated at 3-10 business days depending on size of order, products ordered, holiday seasons, and delivery location.

Yes, Please note that for all shipping (including orders outside of the US), signatures are required for delivery of packages, so please ensure that someone is at your home or office to receive your package. This method allows us to reduce the number of credit card frauds on the Internet and to protect you, our loyal customer.

inspected before shipment. However, If you find any merchandise
to be damaged in transit. Please contact us within 24

instructions on how to scent the incense sticks?

Yes, the instructions
listed are a general guideline and may vary depending on
equipment used and level of strength desired.
We suggest adding D.P.G. This
is known to cut down on the black smoke that is emitted from
incense. The ratio will vary and in house testing is suggested,
however, a 70% fragrance and 30% D.P.G. is a normal cutting
ratio. We do sell D.P.G. and this product information may be
found by visiting our supplies section or click here.
For best results completely submerge incense in oil. Soak Incense
for a minimum of 3 hours. Best results achieved when soaked for a
24 hour period. After scenting, allow Incense to dry. One pound
of fragrance oil will scent between 1000-1200 sticks and 500-800
cones using our 70% Oil to 30% DPG.
Now to get the most out your money. You can cut your oil 50/50. By doing so you may be able to dip more sticks and/or cones. This method will easily allow you to dip 1500-2000 sticks or increase your number of cones by nearly 15-25%.

Our 100 stick bundles are measured by weight not count.
They may include 90-120 or more per bundle.
